Regular Users are typically your crew members.
Regular Users can:

See Active Routes
Check In & Out of Jobs
Add Job Comments
Add Job Photos

What is a Bulk Customer List upload? All Admin Users can easily add and edit Customers right in the ezbz.app just as you would add a contact on your phone. Silver and Gold plan Admin Users also have the option to bulk upload a list of customers in a .csv spreadsheet format.

How To Download Customer List from QuickBooks, Apple, Google, or Outlook

Your customer list must be in .CSV format. There are a few options to pull your customer list together:

1. Manually enter all of the data yourself onto the IMPORT CUSTOMER CSV TEMPLATE
2. Download from another source and transfer data onto the IMPORT CUSTOMER CSV TEMPLATE

- After you have downloaded your customer list, replace the existing headers on your downloaded data with these headers in this order:

firstName
lastName
displayName
mobile
address1
address2
city
state
zip
email
