There are three types of routes ("work orders") in ezbz: Draft, Active, and Archived. Admin users can create, edit, and view all three types. Regular users (crew members) can only see Active Routes.

Admin Users can create, edit, and change routes, add and edit customers and users, add job tasks and route notes, pull reports, and copy or move jobs. Regular Users (crew members) can see Active Routes, check in and out of jobs, and add job comments and photos.

When you finish a route, you can archive it for reuse and copying later. Basic and Bronze plan admins can access their archive for 1 year. Silver and Gold plan admins have unlimited archive access.

Yes. The Gold plan includes a time clock and unlimited users. Employee time sheets can be accessed and edited in Reports.

All admin users can add and edit customers right in ezbz, just like adding a contact on your phone. Silver and Gold plan admins can also bulk upload a customer list as a .csv spreadsheet.

Service Items are pre-populated tasks that Gold plan admins can create. Crew members check off which items they completed, so you can pull a report at the end of the month for billing.
