The built-in ezbz.app time clock allows employees to clock in and out of work without needing to physically check-in at the office. It also gives you the freedom to check and edit employee time sheets right from your phone. You can also make & edit routes, get productivity reports, and other important data.
When I started using ezbz, I really liked how I could give employees access to from my phone or computer. on their computer, smartphone, or tablet device. This flexibility allows field-service companies like mine to keep track of their employee’s hours whether they’re at a desk or in a truck.
It’s really easy to use. The employees figured it out very quickly. They go to Time Clock from the main menu and tap clock in. That’s all there is to it! They can also clock out for breaks. At the end of the day, they tap Clock Out, and their hours are calculated right there.
I love the management reports. I can see important and useful information like:
Time Spent Working – I can see how much time each crew member has spent on various jobs in addition to payroll hours
Hours by Customer – Creating invoices for jobs that are billed by the hour is a piece of cake!
Completed Jobs – I can quickly check on how many jobs the crews have completed on their routes at any point during the day.
ezbz provides is a very simple approach compared to other time clock apps and comes with unlimited users. It’s easy to use and saves me hundreds of dollars every month.
I love that the time clock is built into my Gold membership. I no longer need a separate time clock app. ezbz really makes it easy to keep track of everyone’s hours.
