I’m Shannon Walsh. I run a landscape business with my husband in Massachusetts. I used to spend A LOT of time each week making work orders. Like many owner-operated companies, I would work in the field all day, meet with customers, manage the crews and come home to make the next day’s work orders on my computer. It was especially challenging in the winter for plowing. Getting multiple plow routes ready, printed and in the trucks at all hours of the night was exhausting and time consuming. 

I wanted to focus more on running the business, but making work orders was taking up so much time. I was sick of losing time to work orders and knew there had to be a better way.

So, I looked for a work order mobile app. I did a lot of research. I looked at different software packages. I talked to all the sales guys. Everything I found was too expensive, had too many features I didn’t want or need and, most importantly, didn’t have work orders! What the others called “routes” or “work orders” was more like scheduling. Lawn mowing isn’t scheduled! Plowing isn’t scheduled! I just wanted an easy, mobile way to manage work orders. So, I took matters into my own hands and hired Levar who made EasyBeezy a reality. I can make work orders anywhere, anytime. My crews have the app on their phones so I don’t have to worry about getting to the trucks first thing in the morning everyday.
